In-home Group Private Cooking Course

Service Description

Invite your friends or colleagues for a fun and interactive evening learning to cook a unique dish or complete meal—and then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor. An At Your Request chef will come to your home with all of the groceries necessary—as well as complimentary wine and light appetizers—and provide personalized instruction throughout the event. All parties are approximately four (4) hours in length. Classes will be scheduled via email, after purchase of certificate. Groceries included: Customize your menu, or choose from the following options: Italian: - Fresh Pasta from Scratch with a Classic Bolognese and/or Creamy Mushroom Marsala, & Chicken Milanese Latin: - Homemade Tortillas for Roasted Chicken Poblano Tacos, Classic Spanish Rice, & Elotes with Spicy Cilantro Cream American - Grilled & Stuffed Burgers, Bourbon Marinated, Caramelized Onion & White Cheddar or Blue Cheese & Black Pepper Bacon, Butter Crisped Buns, & Rosemary Garlic French Fries with homemade ketchup Comfort Food - Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts, Asparagus, Radish, and New Potato Salad with Herb Dressing, Balsamic Green Beans and Pearl Onions Date Night (Good idea for couples night) - Sous Vide Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye with Blue Cheese, Artichokes w/ Champagne Vinaigrette, Buttery Red & Sweet Potatoes, Chocolate Orange Souffle*additional charge for cost of premium ingredients.*
